Cancellation within 2 weeks of your arrival date will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
By owner
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if there are circumstances beyon our control. e.g. fire damage or an interruption to utility supplies.
Arrival and departure times
- Keys are available to collect from 4PM on date of entry.
- Departure is at 10AM.
Christmas and New Year
The Christmas and New Year holiday period (21st December – 4th January) is charged at peak season rate.
Stag or hen parties
Please note that we do not allow stag or hen parties.
No smoking
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property.
