To take your booking we require the following information: name, address, telephone/mobile number and email address. Also the names of everyone in your booking party.

2. How we use your personal data.
We will only use your data for booking your holiday with us and we do not use them for marketing purposes. We require to keep them for our internal record keeping and for future reference.

3.Sharing data with other organisations.
If you choose to pay by PayPal we would require to share some data to process your payment. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with any other third party organisations.

4. Data accuracy and how you can correct any incorrect details.
We will endeavour to ensure we have your data correct, but if there are any inaccuracies please write to us at Cedar Holiday Cottage, Church Street, Laurencekirk, Kincardineshire, AB30 1AP or contact us via our contact form. We will promptly correct any incorrect information.

5. Security of your data.
We are committed to storing your information securely. We do not store any information electronically, once your booking has taken place we delete all emails and electronic copies of your booking form. We only store information in paper form for 1 year and keep it under lock and key. No one else has access to it.

6. How long will we hold your information for?
We have a document retention policy in place to ensure we only store your personal data whilst it is required for the relevant purposes or to meet legal requirements. When it is no longer required we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner.

8. The booking request form and the contact form are encrypted. Once a booking has either been accepted or declined we delete the request from the website.
